Initial inquiry

Tour & family meeting
We invite families to tour our childcare space and meet with us to discuss their child’s needs, routines, and expectations. This helps ensure a good fit for both your family and our program.
Application submission
Families complete an enrollment application along with required forms, including emergency contacts, medical information, and developmental details.
Documentation & health requirements
Required documents such as immunization records, physical exams, and any necessary care plans must be submitted in accordance with state licensing regulations.
Enrollment confirmation & fees
Once paperwork is reviewed and a space is confirmed, families submit the enrollment fee and receive their official start date.
Child transition & first day orientation
We work with families to support a smooth transition, including reviewing daily routines, drop-off procedures, and communication expectations before the child’s first day at LilPilgrims Childcare.
Required enrollment documents
Parents should complete all enrollment paperwork before the start date, including emergency contact information, medical forms, immunization records, and any special care or allergy documentation required by state licensing.
